INSURANCE

We do not take insurance. However, many of our clients self-pay, and then submit to their insurance providers for reimbursement. We will provide you with a detailed receipt for payment. You should check with your insurance provider regarding out-of-network reimbursement prior to scheduling an appointment with us. We do use a sliding fee scale, when needed.
