NECOA uses Therapy Notes as our electronic health record and it has a secure portal available for patients to communicate with our clinicians. Therapy Notes includes features for managing appointments, messaging your clinician, renewing your prescriptions, and paying your bills. Before creating a Therapy Notes patient portal account, please review the Terms of Use available on Therapy Notes. We also use Google Workspace services for our intake processes and customer service communication

Data Security

NECOA is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you provide to us via this website so it remains as secure as possible. Accordingly, we use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access. Although we work hard to protect your personal information, NECOA cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us through online applications, and you do so at your own risk.
