Meet Katrina!
Katrina Daigle, PhD, is a Clinical Psychologist at the New England Center for OCD and Anxiety. She runs training groups and supervision for Psychology PhD students here at NECOA and is the leader of our assessment services at NECOA. Katrina is originally from Maine, went to graduate school in Boston, completed her doctoral internship in Colorado, and is currently enjoying living and working in central Maine.
Katrina graduated with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychological Science from the University of Maine, Orono, before completing her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston. Throughout her schooling, Katrina focused her studies and clinical work on evidence-based practices, primarily with children, adolescents, parents, and families struggling with anxiety, OCD and related conditions, and those who have experienced trauma. She continues this work with clients at NECOA, using evidence-based interventions, including ERP and ACT, to support individuals in living a personally meaningful life. Katrina values each client’s willingness to allow her on their journey to recovery and brings curiosity, authenticity, and an individualized approach to her work with clients of all ages.
In her free time, Katrina loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets, enjoying live music, and exploring New England through camping, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
