Meet Katrina!

Katrina Daigle, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral fellow at the New England Center for OCD and Anxiety. She is originally from central Maine and is currently enjoying exploring Colorado. Katrina graduated with her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychological Science from the University of Maine in Orono before completing her Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston. Throughout her schooling, Katrina focused her studies and clinical work on evidence-based practices, primarily with children, adolescents, parents, and families struggling with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders and those who have experienced trauma. She continues this work with clients at NECOA, using evidence-based interventions, including ERP and ACT, to support individuals in living a personally meaningful life. Katrina values each client's willingness to allow her on their journey to healing and brings curiosity, authenticity, and an individualized approach to her work with clients of all ages.

In her free time, Katrina loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets and exploring Colorado's mountains through camping, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
