Meet Joanna!

Joanna Cloutier is a practicum student at NECOA. She completed her BA in psychology at Bates College and worked at Mass General Hospital’s Health Promotion and Resiliency Intervention Research (HPRIR) Center as a clinical research coordinator and as a Program Manager for the MGH Women’s Heart Health Mindful Living Center. She has also worked at the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC) and has an interest in working with sexual violence survivors. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology at William James College. She strives to bring a mindful, accepting, strengths-based perspective to working with her clients. 

 

In her free time, Joanna enjoys going on bike rides, hikes, runs, or long walks. She also loves listening to podcasts (Armchair Expert!), reading, crafting, and spending time with her friends and family.
