Meet Sarai!

Since graduating with her Master's Degree in Social Work, she's devoted her professional career to helping people diagnosed with eating disorders and related conditions. Sarai has worked at all levels of care and held a variety of positions, and finds providing individual therapy to be the most rewarding. She says there's nothing better than seeing people get better.

 

Initially trained in CBT, she gravitated to ACT as it unlocked places she saw clients getting stuck. Immersing herself in learning ACT naturally led to an expanded interest in treating anxiety and

 

OCD. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with my family, baking, gardening, knitting, and attempting many craft projects.
