Our Cambridge offices offer general outpatient therapy, group treatment, and our Intensive Outpatient Program. Each is grounded in ERP and ACT and tailored to the goals you bring in.

General Outpatient Therapy
Individual therapy for OCD, anxiety, and related conditions. Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes, weekly or as your goals require.

Intensive Outpatient Program
A four-week program with two-hour sessions Monday through Friday. Combines individual therapy with ERP coaching for clients who need more support than weekly therapy.

Group Therapy
Evidence-based groups for adults, teens, parents, and neurodivergent individuals. A cost-effective way to build skills with peer support.

Family & Couples Therapy
For couples and families, you will gain skills to strengthen communication,
resolve conflict, and support healthy relationships within your family
