Bridget Sawyer, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist at the New England Center for OCD and Anxiety. She completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Maryland and her doctorate in clinical psychology at La Salle University. Following graduate school, she trained at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University. As a staff clinician at NECOA, Bridget provides evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. Her approach integrates ERP and ACT to help clients develop new ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward a meaningful life.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her dog for walks around Boston, watching reality TV, and reading thrillers.
