Meet Jennifer!

Jennifer is a graduate of Boston University with a master’s in social work and brings a strengths-

based approach to her work with clients. She believes in being client-centered and draws from a variety of modalities, including ACT and ERP, depending on the need. She has experience working with a myriad of issues and diagnoses, including OCD, anxiety, and depression, as well as various kinds of trauma. She is practiced in working with clients from various backgrounds and people identifying as LGBTQAI+. She has also worked with clients who have experienced a wide array of transitions, including loss, changes in the family structure, and challenges in young adulthood. Incorporating a mindfulness approach, she brings a mind-body-spirit lens to help clients connect with themselves and others. She truly enjoys working with all ages and with individuals, couples, and families. Having a background as a musician, songwriter, and performer, she loves working with other artists, and when appropriate, strives to incorporate an arts connection in a meaningful and effective way. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends in a variety of ways and loves to make music individually as well as with her two bands. She enjoys getting lost in a good story, whether it be through reading, movies and television, or an evening of listening to storytellers. She aspires to find ways to be playful and be in awe of the little delights of life in this sometimes overwhelmingly difficult world that we live in.
